Solder Paste Printer
It is a machine used in PCB assembly to accurately apply solder paste onto circuit boards through a stencil. It ensures precise placement for surface-mount components before reflow soldering.

Solder Paste Printer
Boards enter through the PCB loader into a high-accuracy Panasonic solder paste printer.
Pick and Place Machine
Panasonic pick-and-place systems mount components at high speed with microscopic accuracy.
Reflow Oven
Boards then move into a reflow oven, where the solder paste melts and solidifies to form reliable joints.
Conformal Coating Machine
Indoor modules may receive conformal coating to protect against humidity and environmental stress.
AB Glue Machine
It is used to dispense two-part epoxy onto LED modules for sealing, bonding, or waterproofing.
Drying Machine
Multi-layer drying system, capable of handling up to 64 boards per cycle, with controlled drying times typically 60–90 minutes.
Screwing Machine
It automates the process of fastening screws into assembled products or components.

SPI Machine
It is used to inspect the quality and volume of solder paste applied on PCBs after printing. It ensures accuracy and consistency to prevent defects in the assembly process.
Pick and Place Machine
It automatically picks electronic components from feeders and places them precisely onto the PCB. It ensures high-speed and accurate assembly in surface-mount technology (SMT) production.
Reflow Oven
It is used to melt and solidify solder paste, permanently bonding surface-mount components to the PCB. It heats the board through controlled temperature zones to ensure reliable solder joints.
